How it works

From first chat to launch, usually in days to a couple of weeks

The biggest factor is how quickly your content comes together. We guide you through every step, and nothing goes live until you're happy with it.

  1. A friendly chat

We talk about your church, the people you’re trying to reach and what the website needs to do. If you already have a website, we’ll look at it first so we know what to keep.

  2. A fixed price in writing

We send a clear quote with the scope, the price and the ongoing costs set out separately, ready for your council, session or board.

  3. Gathering your content

Service times, what you believe, ministries, photos, sermons. If you’re moving from an existing site we bring the content across for you. This is usually the step that sets the pace.

  4. A preview to check

You get a private preview of the whole website to click through on your phone and computer. Ask for as many tweaks as you need.

  5. Launch

We connect your domain (registered in the church’s name) and go live. If you’re moving from an old site, we redirect the old addresses so nothing is lost.

  6. Ongoing help

We show your team how to add sermons and events. Prefer to hand it off? Choose a care plan and email us the changes instead.
